Our Day Pass option lets you dive into the transformative energy of this sacred gathering for a single day. Choose between May 9th or 10th, and immerse yourself in the workshops, hikes, and activities designed to awaken your inner goddess and connect you to ancient wisdom.
What’s Included with Your Day Pass:
- Access to all workshops, meditations, and activities scheduled for the day.
- Guided hikes to Sedona’s breathtaking vortexes for grounding and spiritual connection.

- Important Notes:
- Dinner: If you choose May 10th, our group will enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Dinner is not included in the Day Pass fee, and attendees are responsible for their own meal costs.
- Private Services: Extra offerings, such as massage or energy work, are not included with the Day Pass but can be scheduled directly with our onsite practitioner.

Cancelation Policy
Please review the options below:
1) Please note that if you cancel your reservation, a deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, with NO exceptions. The deposit amount is $250.00, which is included in your PAY IN FULL payment.
2) If you cancel 60-90 days before your retreat start date, 70% of the retreat price will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your retreat start date, 100% of the retreat price will be forfeited.
COVID POLICY:
No refunds due to COVID cancellations, NO EXCEPTIONS. It is advised to wear a mask and social isolate as best as possible 14 days before the retreat starts.
Travel Insurance Advisory
Travel Insurance is highly recommended since COVID is still here. I would advise obtaining travel insurance. Also, flight times are not guaranteed. Luna Soul Welness LLC is not responsible for missed, delayed, or canceled flights or any weather restrictions that can prevent you from attending the retreat. As well as any sickness or injuries you obtain that may restruct you from attending the retreat.
